List Search

The List Search option is used primarily when you have a list of Accessions (taken from a spreadsheet, an email, etc.) Copy the list of Accession IDs into the Search box.

An accession identifier potentially consists of three components: prefix, number, and suffix. (Some genebanks may use only the prefix, whereas others may primarily use the prefix and the number fields. In any case, each accession in the database has a unique identifier – the combination of the three fields (when used) must be unique.

List Search has two radio buttons – "Available" or "All." All includes historic accessions. (Historic data may exist in the database, but no germplasm exists in the collection.)
